  • If cancellations are made 48 hours or more prior to your arrival time, no charges will apply.
  • If a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 24 hours and 48 hours prior to your arrival time, a cancellation fee of 50% of one night's stay will apply.
  • A cancellation to a confirmed reservation made less than 24 hours prior to arrival time will result in a cancellation fee of one night's stay.
  • Upon cancelling your reservation, you will receive a confirmation and a cancellation number through e-mail. If you do not receive this confirmation and cancellation number, your reservation has not cancelled and you must contact us again.
